These individually hand-crafted dog brooches will appeal to pet lovers and those who appreciate simple, elegant, wearable art. Pins are approx: 1 1/2" by 2" or 1" by 1/2".
Each piece is made by hand shaping or cutting out shapes from thin sheets of rolled out porcelain clay. Under-glazes are then painted freehand on the green-wares’ surface. Every item is then fired four times. 22K gold luster is painted on before the last firing. Metal wires, gemstones and beads are sometimes added and the findings are of excellent quality and made of hypo-allergenic stainless steel.
